Commercial technology services

Commercial security systems around your operation.

Bring access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection into a defined facility scope. We review operating workflows, supported platforms, integration requirements, and administrator responsibilities before the work begins.

Match the system to the required action.

Access control manages entry, video supports observation and recording, and intrusion systems detect specified events. We work through how those functions should relate and which integrations the selected platforms support.

  • Badge, mobile, biometric, and cloud access control where supported
  • IP cameras, video management, and scoped analytics
  • Intrusion alarms, motion and glass-break detection
  • Panic and duress systems
  • Perimeter detection, including scoped fiber detection
  • Alarm monitoring integration with an agreed provider

Define detection, monitoring, and response separately.

For an intrusion or perimeter project, discuss zones, operating schedules, detection requirements, event handling, and the existing communicator or monitoring relationship. The proposal identifies the supported equipment and integration scope.

Monitoring provider, recurring fees, notification handling, and response ownership are agreed explicitly. Spaid does not operate its own monitoring center. Human response and after-hours support are separate service commitments.

Prepare for a usable handover.

The project scope should state the functions to be tested, the administrator training included, and the records your team receives. Account ownership, supported integrations, and support boundaries need to remain clear after installation.

Questions to work through.

Can access and cameras work together?

Integration depends on the specific supported platforms and required workflows. Share the current equipment and what users need to do so compatibility, licensing, and responsibilities can be reviewed.

Can you assess an inherited system?

Start by providing the system type, make or model if known, current symptoms, and available records. Assessment and ongoing support are confirmed for the equipment and coverage Spaid can support.
