Data center infrastructure
Data center cabling and physical security.
Communications infrastructure and physical security packages for buildouts, tenant fit-outs, and expansions. Bring Spaid your drawings, specifications, testing requirements, and target schedule for a technical scope review.
A defined package for your buildout.
We review routes, termination details, rack requirements, trade dependencies, and acceptance expectations before defining installation responsibilities. The offer covers communications infrastructure and agreed physical security work within the facility project.
- Fiber and copper infrastructure
- Network-room and tenant fit-outs
- Racks, cabinets, labeling, and specified testing
- Access control and video surveillance
- Approved infrastructure expansions and changes
Coordinate work in an operating facility.
Work sequence, access permissions, change approvals, and dependencies are agreed with the facility and project teams. Identify existing services, outage constraints, equipment responsibilities, and the process for approving changes to the contracted work.
The proposal defines the communications and security package and its interfaces. Power, cooling, and full-facility construction or commissioning are separate scopes.
Acceptance starts before installation.
The testing method, acceptance criteria, and report format belong in the scope. Agree link identifiers, required results, records, drawing updates, and handover expectations so the project team knows what completion requires.
Questions to work through.
Can we send a defined low-voltage bid package?
Yes. Start with the project location, due date, relevant specification sections, and scope boundaries. Contact the office to agree how drawings and supporting documents should be shared.
Can the package include physical security?
Access control and video surveillance can form part of the agreed communications and security scope. Supported systems, integration responsibilities, and functional acceptance requirements need project-specific review.
